My task here was to rework a dreadfully dire tech homepage. The biggest problem I identified was how unfocused it was, with the company offering a seemingly infinite variety of services and not highlighting any UVP in particular.

I decided to turn that dizzying variety of services into a positive by selling this company as a "one-stop shop" for all of a customer's digital transformation needs.

Furthermore, I highlighted the company as a customer's best ally. In that sense, the best solution might not be adoption of a new technology but rather a less expensive culture shift.
